Responsibilities

Understand clients' clinical workflows to configure the product and ensure each healthcare professional is getting the most value out of Sonio
Ensure the product is installed and ready to use for every client, identifying potential blockers during the install/set-up process
Support potential client on usage (clinical/technical) and provide insight (incl. data analysis, clinical insight)

Required

You have an engineering background
You have more than 3 years of experience in a B2B SaaS company
Strong tech & product knowledge (or ability to pick up): Release process, feature, status of features etc
Ability to understand both the technical and clinical value of the product (with up-to-date clinical guidelines, value proposition etc.)
People & communication skills: You can convince users/prospects of our value proposition, you also have the required patience to train and support users & resolve bug
You are Analytical and you're able to share insights with customers
You can travel to the client's site for go-live
