Senior LevelAddison Group is seeking a highly experienced Network & Security Engineer to fully own and operate their enterprise network and security infrastructure. This role involves end-to-end ownership of the network environment, including administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of various network devices and security measures.

Responsibilities
End-to-end ownership of the enterprise network and network security environment
Administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of Cisco Meraki infrastructure via the Meraki Dashboard
Design, configuration, and support of Cisco ASA firewalls and AnyConnect VPN solutions
Daily administration and advanced troubleshooting of Cisco ISE , including 802.1X authentication , NAC policies, and switch integration
Network performance monitoring, alerting, and capacity management using SolarWinds (nodes, alerts, IPAM, logging, live sessions)
Investigate network security threats, vulnerabilities, and anomalous activity in coordination with an outsourced SIEM/SOC vendor
Serve as the primary technical contact for firewall, security posture, and threat mitigation with third-party security vendors
Configure and support Cisco switches and routers via CLI (including 9300, 2960, 3650 or equivalent)
Maintain accurate and up-to-date network and security architecture documentation using Visio
Qualification
Required
Strong, hands-on experience with Cisco ISE (troubleshooting, policy enforcement, 802.1X required)
Cisco ASA firewall and AnyConnect VPN expertise
Cisco Meraki Dashboard administration (switching, wireless, security appliances)
SolarWinds network monitoring experience is mandatory
Solid understanding of network security principles, threat detection, and incident response workflows
Experience working with SIEM/SOC providers and managing security investigations and tickets
