Responsibilities
Effectively participate in cross-functional project teams and the problem-solving process
Conduct technical hands-on work with Cloud and On-premise application as business needs evolve
May create, review, deliver, and update end-user documentation (user guide, process flowcharts, and training materials) and training for accuracy
Provides input on processes, procedures, or new approaches
Perform key Recordkeeping functions
Perform work independently within scope of established guidelines and according to specific procedures
Assist Supervisors in handling and resolving issues involving all operational and various IT areas
Complete system testing for Change Control enhancements
Maintain clear and effective communications with immediate colleagues and Management
Always adhere to internal procedures and best practices
Project Management (Work streams including Change and Implementation, Technology)
Solicits, develops, documents and manages requirements throughout project life cycle up to and through change control
Assist with basic hands-on data center operations
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. citizen
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, creative, willing to work as a member of a team, organized
Possess interest, ability and skill writing low to medium complexity shell scripts and software programs (BASH, Python, or Perl), as well as have the ability to complete basic Linux system administration tasks
Must be obtaining college credited degree or be a recent college graduate in Business, technology or related
Preferred
Past knowledge and experience with data network and IT security related items, including managing and installing patches to servers
