Responsibilities
Assisting in maintenance of HR documentation for internal HR team and employee population; updating communication platforms
Document our interview process
Assisting in HR special projects that will add significant value to the business as needed
Support the Intern lead in running of the NS2 summer intern program and coming up with intern program ideas
Schedule presenters for Intern Speaker Series
Serving as backup for intern time sheet maintenance
Provides administrative assistance to the HR department as needed
Coordinates various HR programs, activities and initiatives
Use SAP AI tool for our NS2 job descriptions (JDs)
Help “jazz up” our PowerPoint presentations
Qualification
Required
Collaborative team player
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstration of the highest standard of integrity and professionalism
Analytic and complex problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and projects to meet deadlines
Strong computer skills in a Microsoft Windows/Office environment
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Must be working towards obtaining college credited degree
This position requires access to customer data; Must be a U.S. citizen
