Broadcast/Media Systems Integration Lead
CSI Companies is seeking an experienced Broadcast/Media Systems Integration Lead to oversee the end-to-end integration of large-scale broadcast and media systems for a complex enterprise client in the insurance/financial services space. This role is responsible for leading engineering, installation, logistics, and commissioning teams while serving as the primary onsite point of contact for integration activities.
Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all broadcast and media engineering integration activities from detailed design through implementation and commissioning
Manage cross-functional teams including design engineers, integration engineers, logistics, and installation staff
Coordinate closely with project management, architects, and AMEP (architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing) teams to ensure facilities support broadcast system requirements
Develop and execute detailed integration plans aligned with program schedules and budget constraints
Serve as the primary onsite liaison with client stakeholders and vendor partners
Resolve complex technical, logistical, and scheduling issues across the integration program
Review and approve contractor products to ensure quality and compliance with design specifications
Oversee system testing, commissioning, and final acceptance activities
Generate and present progress reports, material requirements, and status updates
Support PMO efforts with planning, coordination, and execution tracking
Manage team time tracking, staffing adjustments, and onsite resource needs
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in broadcast or media systems integration, with senior leadership responsibility
Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise broadcast integration projects
Strong understanding of professional media systems, workflows, and infrastructure
Ability to read and interpret system diagrams, block diagrams, schematics, floor plans, elevations, and run lists
Familiarity with commercial construction environments and how they intersect with broadcast system implementation
Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; working knowledge of AutoCAD
Ability to work onsite full-time and accommodate extended hours or weekends as project needs require
Preferred
Experience using Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools
Background coordinating with multiple vendors and system integrators
Experience supporting high-profile or mission-critical media environments
