The primary role involves providing extensive business partnering and financial support to the Cloud BU, overseeing financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, and decision support for various leadership teams.

Responsibilities
Provide extensive business partnering and financial support to the Cloud BU
Oversee financial planning, forecasting, management reporting and decision support for the Product, Technology and Sales leadership teams
Partner with multiple functions including Engineering, Product teams, GTM, Accounting and Corporate Finance, legal and procurement to deliver accurate financial forecasting, actionable insights, and meaningful updates
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills as needed to work successfully with staff and managers within and outside of function or the company
Strong analytical skills and ability to work both independently and on cross functional teams
Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, including remote areas
Ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
Ability to follow standard accounting and finance practices, and departmental procedures and processes
Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Problem solver, an individual who demonstrates good judgment in solving problems as well as identifying them in advance, and proposing solutions
Work with minimal supervision, particularly when tasks are unstructured and can multi-task and prioritize work, and proactively anticipate and avoid financial or communication issues
Someone who is self-motivated and drives end-to-end results
Is detail oriented and can prioritize work in order to meet deadlines
Is not afraid of taking on new challenges
BS/BA degree with 5+ years' experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) and /or Business Finance
