Answering and routing calls on a multi-line phone system
Greeting and assisting guests with professionalism
Maintaining organized and presentable reception and conference areas
Coordinating meeting schedules and video conferencing logistics
Managing mail and package distribution
Placing catering orders and maintaining office supply inventory
Liaising with vendors and building engineers for repairs and maintenance
Assisting with calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
Supporting onboarding for new team members
Qualification
Required
5+ years of corporate or hospitality experience
Polished, professional demeanor
Proactive mindset
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
