Responsibilities
Finalize CALM tenant onboarding and landscape modeling (systems, services, groups, tags), including connectivity for S/4HANA on RISE (PCE/Public), SAP BTP services (as applicable), and related SAP cloud services
Implement user & role design in CALM; integrate SSO using Azure AD via SAP IAS/IPS, and establish least-privilege RBAC
Enable Health Monitoring, Job Monitoring (batch/BC jobs), Business Process Monitoring, and Integration & Exception Monitoring (e.g., Integration Suite/CPI) with alerting to email/Teams and clear runbooks
Define notification channels, thresholds, maintenance windows, and escalation paths; tune data collection and retention
Stand up CALM Test Suite (test plans, suites, cases, cycles), integrate with risk-based regression and UAT sign-off; align with your existing UAT templates and quality gates. (We’ll reuse your internal UAT templates to streamline governance.)
Orchestrate defect triage, coverage metrics, and release readiness dashboards
Set up Implementation Projects in CALM, structure work packages/tasks, and leverage SAP Best Practice content where relevant for fit-to-standard tracking
Produce SOPs, runbooks, role guides, and knowledge articles; deliver hands-on enablement to Basis, ABAP, Functional, and Business teams
Define SLIs/SLOs for CALM services and monitoring coverage
Qualification
Required
4+ years in SAP ALM with 2+ years hands-on in SAP Cloud ALM across Operations, Test Management, and Change & Deployment
Proven onboarding of S/4HANA on RISE systems to CALM, including connectivity and landscape setup owned by the customer per RISE roles (unless SAP CAS is engaged)
Practical experience enabling Business Process Monitoring, Job Monitoring, Health Monitoring, and Integration Monitoring
Clear, concise documentation and stakeholder enablement skills
Experience with SAP implementation projects is a must
