Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy Python-based machine learning solutions
Build and maintain ETL/data pipelines for structured and unstructured datasets
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), feature engineering, and model evaluation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Optimize ML models for scalability, performance, and accuracy
Implement and support cloud-based MLOps practices
Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure quality and standards
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, FastAPI, Flask)
Hands-on experience with end-to-end machine learning workflows
Experience using Microsoft ML and data platforms such as: Azure Machine Learning, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics
Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling
Familiarity with cloud-native and MLOps practices
Preferred
Experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
