Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and customize NICE Actimize modules, including: AIS (Actimize Intelligence Server), RCM (Risk Case Manager), IFM (Instant Financial Monitoring), SAM (Suspicious Activity Monitoring), STAR (Trade Surveillance)
Develop and maintain alerts, cases, dashboards, and reports aligned with compliance needs
Develop custom plugins using Java
Write and optimize complex SQL queries
Configure and enhance: Detection rules, Workflows, DART layouts, UI components
Integrate Actimize with enterprise systems using: REST/SOAP APIs, Web services, Message queues
Support data ingestion from upstream systems and delivery to downstream platforms
Work closely with: Business Analysts, Compliance Officers, QA teams
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to define requirements and deliver solutions iteratively
Debug and resolve application, data, and performance issues
Provide production support and incident resolution
Perform root-cause analysis and recommend long-term fixes
Create and maintain: Technical design documents, Installation and configuration guides, Knowledge transfer and support documentation
Optimize Actimize solutions for: Performance, Scalability, Stability and reliability
Qualification
Required
Proven hands-on experience with NICE Actimize, including RCM, AIS, SAM, IFM, STAR
Strong domain knowledge in AML, KYC, Fraud, Trade Surveillance
Strong proficiency in SQL
Strong proficiency in Java (for Actimize plugins)
Scripting
Experience with databases: Oracle, MS SQL Server
Familiarity with application servers: WebSphere, Tomcat
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders
Adaptability in fast-paced regulatory environments
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Preferred
Exposure to Cloud or DevOps practices
Experience supporting large-scale financial services implementations
Prior experience in regulatory-driven environments
