Director - HCM Sales
Culver Careers is seeking an experienced Director of HCM Sales to lead and scale a high-performing team of Sales Executives focused on small business customers. This role involves driving revenue through new client acquisition and account expansion while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Recruit, hire, coach, and retain top-performing Sales Executives across net-new and named accounts
Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Lead, inspire, and mentor experienced sellers to maximize performance and team effectiveness
Build a metrics-driven sales culture using transparent reporting and forecasting
Support deals end-to-end, including presentations, proposals, negotiations, and close
Qualification
Required
Proven success leading SaaS sales teams in a fast-paced, growth environment
Track record of recruiting, scaling, and developing high-performing teams
Preferred
Payroll and HCM experience strongly preferred (SMB / mid-market focus)
