Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development and implementation of HCL Commerce based ECommerce solutions
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects and cross functional teams to define technical requirements and solution design
Oversee development activities ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards and performance optimization
Manage integrations with third-party systems, payment gateways, OMS, CRM, ERP
Provide technical leadership, mentoring and guidance to development teams
Ensure scalability, security and high availability of ECommerce platforms
Drive continuous improvement through automation, code reviews and performance tuning

Familiarity with cloud deployment AWS Azure GCP and CICD pipelines
Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
