Build, maintain and manage account relationships through constant contact and advocacy
Utilize CRM system to qualify new prospects
Profile and analyze accounts to overcome any objections and generate quality opportunities
Present the value of our client services to prospective and existing clients
Recruit, interview and coach potential candidates
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited university, preferably in the Accounting or Finance field
0-2+ year(s) professional experience in a corporate environment, preferably in a public accounting or professional recruiting firm
Highly motivated and ambitious with the ability to perform in a high energy sales environment
Strong client-facing skills and effective selling to an executive, owner, and decision-maker with a consultative approach
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven success working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
