Responsibilities
Represent lenders in a broad range of real estate finance transactions
Support complex acquisitions, financings, and development-related matters
Draft and negotiate loan documents, ancillary agreements, and closing materials
Manage diligence and closing checklists and help drive deals to the finish line
Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, title companies, and internal teams
Conduct legal research and produce clear, business-minded written work product
Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy, documentation, and transaction execution
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) required
Active license to practice law in the State of Minnesota
1+ year of real estate transactional experience required
Strong research, writing, and academic credentials
Preferred
Experience representing lenders in real estate finance transactions strongly preferred
Large law firm experience strongly preferred
