Data curation and mining using Linux command line
Advanced analytics
Advanced programming skills with writing reusable scripts (R, Python, Spark or SQL)
Learn existing automated EHR-phenotyping using large longitudinal UK Biobank and AGD data
strong communication and teamwork
2-3 years (PhD), or 5 years (MSc) experience
Preferred
Biostatistics

experience with latest AI methodologies
