Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, loan documents, JV agreements, leases, and development contracts
Lead due diligence: title/survey review, entity documents, and closing coordination
Client development and origination opportunities within 2 years
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of commercial real estate experience (lender and borrower representation)

Active Maryland Bar
Experienced in commercial real estate transactions, including lender or sponsor-side deals
