Responsibilities
Research and resolve outstanding invoice and deduction collection issues for assigned customers to achieve and maintain a high percentage (defined annually by management) in the “current” aging category
Work closely with cross functional teams such as Finance, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Service to resolve collection and deduction issues
Communicate issues timely to ensure major A/R issues are reviewed and root causes addressed
Perform account analysis and reconciliations
Credit limit evaluation / recommendation on assigned, existing customers
Qualification
Required
Associates Degree and / or 3-5 years experience in Credit & Collections, preferably in a manufacturing industry
SAP experience
Attention to detail
Problem solving and analysis skills
Excel (vlookups and pivot tables)
This position requires access to information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations.
