Regional Director - Brain Injury Services

Responsibilities
Oversee all clinical and programmatic components and the coordination and implementation of all services. Supervise all aspects of general operations, ensuring optimal service delivery is provided within contractual requirements
Coordinate, implement and monitor program compliance with licensing regulations, contract compliance, service delivery and quality outcome standards
Develop and monitor budgets, maintain, and implement strategies designed to ensure fiscal integrity of programs
Pursue continuous improvement in program operation and service delivery through QUEST participation, formal and informal program assessment, evaluation, and strategic planning
Develop and implement a system to maintain client records, ensuring annual plans, quarterly reports and monthly notes are current and accurately reflect clients’ goals and needs. Maintain electronic data and paper documentation in accordance with Agency policies, funding source requirements and state and federal regulations
Supervise Program Managers to include hiring, training, and performance evaluation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a related field and eight years related experience, with at least four years in a management or supervisory capacity and two years of experience working with the brain injury population
Experience in program and staff development, program monitoring and training
Possess working knowledge or experience with DDS regulations
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and cultural groups
Demonstrate knowledge of medical, physical, and psychosocial factors associated with brain injury
Preferred
The BCBA certification or working towards it is an added advantage
