Responsibilities
Building trust with potential residential customers through direct conversations, meeting with them to present services and products during sales consultations
Understanding each customer's specific requirements and needs to provide tailored solutions to meet their internet connectivity goals
Consistently providing clear, honest information to guide customers in making informed service choices
Collaborating with teammates during meetings and training to sharpen customer engagement and sales skills
Staying alert to upgrades, promotions, pricing, or services and sharing insights with the team
Performing additional duties as assigned to help deliver outstanding service
Qualification
Required
Time management skills
Willingness to learn and want to advance in a company
Excellent communication skills to work with customers regularly
Preferred
Prior experience in a customer service, sales, retail, technology-based role is a plus
Proficiency with computer systems, software applications, and communication devices is also a plus
