SAP Customer Service Representative
Vaco by Highspring is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused SAP Customer Service Representative to join their client's team. In this role, you will manage customer interactions and order processes using SAP, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Process and manage customer orders, returns, and inquiries in SAP (e.g., SAP SD, CRM)
Provide timely, accurate information regarding products, orders, availability, pricing, and delivery
Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Logistics, and Finance to resolve customer issues
Monitor order status and proactively communicate delays or changes to customers
Maintain customer records and documentation in SAP and CRM systems
Investigate and resolve complaints or discrepancies, escalating issues when necessary
Generate reports and support data analysis using SAP tools
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs)
Participate in continuous improvement efforts for customer service processes
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
1-3 years of experience in customer service or order management, preferably in an SAP environment
Proficiency in SAP ERP (e.g., SD, CRM, or related modules), 4Hana preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Comfortable working in a hybrid work setting (remote + onsite)
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
