Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize commercial marketing campaigns for select corporate-owned markets
Manage multi-channel advertising across paid search, paid social, programmatic, mass media, email, SMS, and SEO
Identify and target high-value commercial verticals (healthcare, hospitality, property management, education, offices, etc.)
Build A/B tests for messaging, offers, creative, and audience targeting to improve lead quality and conversion
Build the strategic framework for commercial nurture and drip campaigns — including email, SMS, and retargeting — to move prospects from awareness to booked jobs
Ensure commercial leads are routed accurately and quickly to the appropriate sales teams, maintaining clear processes and service level alignment
Partner with sales teams to evaluate lead quality, refine targeting, and maintain visibility into pipeline performance
Develop or oversee creation of commercial-focused assets such as ads, landing pages, sales one-pagers, case studies, email sequences, and presentations in partnership with the corporate brand team
Capture or coordinate on-site commercial content (photos, videos, testimonials, case studies) to support the Brand and Creative teams
Maintain a tailored brand presence that resonates with commercial audiences
Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams on asset production and campaign needs
Partner with corporate sales reps, commercial account managers, and operations leaders to understand lead quality, close rates, and market needs
Ensure commercial leads are properly identified, prioritized, and routed to the correct sales teams, maintaining clear processes and service level alignment
Collaborate with call center leadership to ensure commercial inquiries are handled consistently and escalated appropriately
Work with local markets during high-demand seasons, major RFP cycles, and national account opportunities
Maintain performance dashboards for commercial lead generation and campaign results
Track and analyze key metrics including lead volume, CPL, lead-to-job conversion, ROI, and revenue attribution
Present insights, trends, and optimization recommendations in recurring marketing meetings
Monitor job types, industries, and vertical performance to continuously inform targeting strategy
Conduct ongoing research on commercial segments, competitive activity, and emerging market trends
Identify new commercial opportunities and inform targeting, messaging, and product positioning

Required

2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or lead-focused digital marketing
Experience managing advertising across Google Ads, Meta, programmatic platforms, and other key channels through partners and vendors
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret dashboards, reporting, and CPL/ROI metrics
Experience collaborating with sales teams and integrating insights into the sales process
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities

Preferred

Experience in home services or commercial services is a plus, but not required
