Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to support business operations and decision-making
Manage and update content on the MS SharePoint site, ensuring information accuracy and accessibility for stakeholders
Collaborate with finance, operations, and other business units to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic initiatives
Assist in data quality assurance, validation, and troubleshooting of reporting issues
Create and maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, and data processes
Support user training and provide guidance on SAC and SharePoint functionality
Prepare presentations to communicate analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting capabilities and user experience
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Experience with or willingness to learn SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and business intelligence tools
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and other data analysis tools
Basic understanding of data visualization principles and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Demonstrated interest in business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields
Preferred
Experience with data modeling or dashboard design
Knowledge of SAP products or enterprise software solutions
