Professional Training and Coaching
Responsibilities
Welcome clients, check IDs, and put them at ease
Perform digital fingerprinting and assist with background check forms (full training provided)
Notarize documents once you obtain your Illinois Notary commission
Keep accurate records and maintain a neat, professional workspace
Qualification
Required
Naturally friendly, professional presence with all types of clients
Strong attention to detail and comfort following step-by-step procedures
Reliable, punctual, and able to manage appointments on a calendar
Comfortable using a computer, online scheduling, and basic office technology
Willing to complete required fingerprinting and notary licensing (we will walk you through the process, including where to apply and how to get approved)
Lives within a reasonable drive of downtown Park Ridge, such as Niles or Desplaines
