Audit Manager
Responsibilities
Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion
Oversee and review staff audit work, providing coaching and guidance
Manage timelines, budgets, and engagement deliverables
Handle client communication and resolve audit-related issues
Ensure compliance with all professional standards, GAAP, and regulatory requirements
Identify process improvements to strengthen audit quality
Collaborate with leadership on strategic and operational initiatives
Qualification
Required
Active Florida CPA license (required)
5+ years of audit experience
Nonprofit audit experience (required)
Prior experience as an Audit Manager or equivalent leadership role
Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and audit standards
Ability to supervise and mentor staff
Excellent communication and client‑facing skills
Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday
