Responsibilities
Lead complex, high-conflict, and high-net-worth divorce and family law matters from intake through final resolution
Provide guidance, training, and oversight to junior attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff
Ensure high standards of legal practice, efficient workflows, and strong internal collaboration
Conduct client consultations and contribute to business development efforts aimed at attracting high-caliber clientele
Assist in evolving firm systems, policies, and best practices to support continued operational growth and client service excellence
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in divorce and family law
Proven ability to supervise attorneys or manage a legal team
Strong litigation, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to guide clients through emotionally charged legal issues
Comfortable with modern legal tech, case management platforms, and digital workflows
