Responsibilities
Lead the electrical engineering team across power, compute, sensors, and propulsion
Own the aircraft electrical architecture (power, comms, grounding, EMI/EMC)
Deliver flight computers, BMS, motor controllers, inverters, and power electronics
Drive schematic + PCB design in Altium
Run simulation and validation (LTspice, HIL, bench → aircraft)
Partner with Firmware, Systems, and Mechanical
Take designs from prototype to production
Qualification
Required
8+ years in aerospace, EV, eVTOL, UAV, EV, Consumer Electronics or high-reliability embedded hardware
Experience leading teams building power electronics & control systems
Strong in Altium, LTspice, CAN, Ethernet, EMI/EMC
Hands-on with BMS, inverters, motor controllers, power distribution
Track record shipping hardware into real vehicles
Must be eligible to work in the US and be onsite in Palo Alto, CA
