Customers Entry Writer And Account Manager

They are seeking a full-time Customs Entry Writer and Account Manager to manage daily customs entry processing, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
Managing daily customs entry processing
Ensuring compliance with all regulations
Maintaining strong relationships with clients
Tracking shipments
Preparing necessary documentation
Resolving customer inquiries
Liaising with carriers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of customs regulations, entry writing, and import/export processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant logistics or customs software
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in customer relationship management and account handling
Preferred
Knowledge of international logistics and freight forwarding is a plus
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field preferred
