The successful candidate will work closely with senior attorneys on complex, high-profile cases, developing case strategies and participating in litigation and arbitration proceedings.

Qualification
Required
Five to ten years of experience in litigation
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Admitted to practice in New Jersey
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Experience litigating disputes
Preferred
New York admission is a plus
Construction law experience is strongly preferred
