Responsibilities
Lead and develop a national sales organization, including regional and field-based sellers
Drive revenue growth through disciplined pipeline management, account strategy, and customer engagement
Partner with executive leadership on commercial strategy, pricing, and market expansion initiatives
Support post-acquisition integration efforts by aligning sales processes, expectations, and reporting
Improve forecast accuracy, sales analytics, and performance visibility
Serve as a coach and mentor to sales leaders and high-potential talent
Qualification
Required
Senior sales leadership experience in industrial services, engineered solutions, or complex B2B environments
Demonstrated success leading field-based sales teams (not solely desk-driven leadership)
Strong commercial judgment with the ability to balance structure and flexibility
Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations, finance, and leadership teams
Track record of building trust with both customers and internal stakeholders
Lead and develop a national sales organization, including regional and field-based sellers
