5+ years expInfojini Inc is seeking a qualified individual for the role of Strategy Data & AI Consultant within their Engineering Solutions Unit. The consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing data governance and AI strategies to support digital transformation initiatives, while managing relationships with stakeholders and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities
Develop a Data Governance strategy to support the client’s digital transformation initiatives
Define and implement an AI strategy, including AI adoption, AI governance, and staff upskilling
Assess organizational data maturity and develop a roadmap to achieve target data maturity levels
Integrate Responsible AI principles into the overall vision and roadmap, driving organizational culture change focused on innovation and experimentation
Establish a curation process for AI innovations within the organization
Develop and implement an AI governance risk assessment framework
Identify the people, processes, and technologies required to develop, deploy, and operate AI solutions
Lead and manage Data Governance initiatives from baseline discovery and planning through successful delivery and knowledge transfer
Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure alignment between the Data & AI strategy and the Agency’s AI strategy
Address complex business and technology challenges as part of broader consulting engagements, designing and implementing solutions that demonstrate measurable value
Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, collaboration, and return on investment
Plan, assign, and oversee project work to ensure timely delivery and optimal resource utilization
Facilitate working groups to gather requirements and drive change through interviews, document analysis, workshops, business process modeling, and business analysis techniques
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
Master's degree is highly desirable
Experience leading AI strategy development and executing AI initiatives in large organizations
At least 5 years of experience working in or for an engineering, design, or construction organization, with a strong understanding of industry tools and business needs
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI and storage platforms and tools
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Pro
Preferred
Experience with additional AI platforms (beyond Microsoft Azure)
