Responsibilities
Provide excellent sourcing analysis, including market, industry, and supplier research, opportunity identification, and contract analysis
Perform RFP and pricing analytics to support supplier negotiations
Conduct sourcing performance analysis, monthly sourcing reports, KPI reporting, and cost modeling
Support key elements of spend analytics reporting, including taxonomy updates and mapping data from disparate systems and sources
Contribute to sourcing-specific processes such as strategic planning, vendor management, the Value Improvement Process (VIP), ESG initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and project management
Deliver ad-hoc and targeted reporting as requested by stakeholder groups
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, or Business
Must graduate between Fall 2026 – Spring 2027
Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel) and AI applications (such as ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.)
Must be able to commit to one of the following full internship program periods: May 18th – August 7th OR May 26th – August 14th, 2026
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization
Must have reliable transportation to commute to and from Boston Scientific's Global Headquarters in Marlborough, MA
Preferred
Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power Apps
Familiarity with strategic sourcing methodology and vendor management
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to organize and interpret complex data
Effective written, oral communication, and presentation skills
Strong collaboration skills with both analytical teams and internal stakeholders
Master's degree candidate preferred

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
