Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain internal business applications using .NET, ASP.NET, and C#
Support applications used within wealth management functions, including portfolio management, client reporting, compliance, and operations
Develop and maintain SQL Server solutions, including SSIS packages and SSRS reports
Enhance and support SharePoint-based applications and workflows
Migrate and modernize legacy systems, including InfoPath forms and custom applications
Provide ongoing application support and troubleshooting for internal users
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Identify opportunities for process improvement through automation and system enhancements
Maintain clear technical documentation, including application design, support procedures, and enhancements
Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices using Visual Studio, TFS, and GitHub
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of professional application development experience
Strong hands-on experience with .NET, ASP.NET, and C#
Advanced SQL Server experience, including SSIS and SSRS
Experience developing and supporting SharePoint applications and workflows
Prior experience in wealth management or financial services environments
Experience supporting internal business applications (not customer-facing products)
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
Experience working with legacy systems and modernization initiatives
Proficiency with Visual Studio, TFS, and/or GitHub
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred
Experience migrating InfoPath forms to modern SharePoint or custom applications
Exposure to financial data, reporting, or compliance-driven systems
Experience working in regulated environments
