Manage project leadership and drive end-to-end program delivery across multiple workstreams
Partner with technical, business, and vendor teams to ensure a successful enterprise migration
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience as an IT Program Manager or Senior Program Manager
Hands-on experience supporting or managing Genesys Cloud initiatives
Experience with CCaaS transformations or contact center migrations
Strong background managing large, multi-workstream programs
Proven experience with budget oversight and change order management
Excellent communication, leadership, and executive reporting skills
