Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies aligned with clients' goals and target audience
Create and curate compelling content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others
Alongside or under the supervision of the Social Media Manager, Liaise seamlessly with your colleagues and peers from other departments (Account management, Creative) to produce work that consistently delivers on the brands’ objectives, leverages key occasions and elevates creative standards
Schedule and publish social media posts using social media management tools
Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, comments, and inquiries, responding promptly and professionally
Collaborate with the creative team to create visual assets, such as graphics and videos, for social media content
Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to recommend innovative strategies
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns, including targeting, budget allocation, and performance tracking
Conduct social listening and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers and copywriters, to ensure consistent brand messaging
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
1+ years of experience in social media management or a similar role, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency
Experience with American clients or strong understanding of American culture, pop culture, and food trends
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, trends, and best practices
Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, or similar
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging social media content
Creative thinking and the ability to contribute to the development of social media strategies
Familiarity with social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, or others
Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive optimization and improve campaign performance
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
