Responsibilities
Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, general ledger and manage financial records for accuracy
Cycle count reporting and physical inventory
Help Manage the cycle count process, including document creation and posting for accurate financial adjustments
Maintain standard material costs in SAP in accordance with corporate cost guidelines
Monitor and resolve material movement errors to ensure data integrity across systems
Execute ad hoc work order settlement requests and support related reporting needs
Assist with weekly reporting of work order variances and inventory metrics
Perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliations as part of the close process
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Strong Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Experience with large ERP systems (SAP preferred)
0–3 years of accounting experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
