Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle accounting across several domestic and international entities
Oversee financial reporting for joint ventures, including consolidations and partner reporting
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and regulatory obligations across multiple jurisdictions
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analyses
Assist with annual audits and regulatory filings
Collaborate with operational teams to provide timely, data-driven financial insights
Implement automation and AI-driven efficiencies within accounting workflows and financial systems
Contribute to building scalable processes, policies, and internal controls as the company grows
Qualification
Required
Strong foundation in accounting principles; CPA or international equivalent is a plus but not required
Experience working with modern financial/accounting systems
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary, fast‑moving team
Comfortable operating in a dynamic, high‑growth environment
Preferred
Background in international operations or multi‑entity environments preferred
Experience with joint ventures or financial system implementations is beneficial but not required
