Commercial Litigation-Senior Associate
Stevens & Lee is a law firm with a robust Litigation Group consisting of over 60 attorneys. They are seeking a skilled, upper-level associate with 5-10 years of solid federal and NJ state commercial litigation experience to handle hands-on litigation, including courtroom experience and deposition practice.

Experience with trials and class actions, though not required, is a plus
Qualification
Required
5-10 years of solid federal and NJ/NJ state commercial litigation experience
Licensed to practice law in New Jersey and/or New York
Exceptional skills in deposition practice
Exceptional skills in discovery and eDiscovery
Exceptional skills in oral argument
Exceptional skills in witness preparation
Exceptional skills in drafting of pleadings, motions, and briefs
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work individually and in teams
Preferred
Experience with trials and class actions, though not required, is a plus
PA admission a plus
