Human Resources Project Manager
JCW Group is working with a global, well-known organisation looking for a Project Manager, HR M&A to support a high-impact mergers & acquisitions programme. This hands-on role involves leading HR integration workstreams to ensure smooth execution from Day 1 readiness through post-close stabilization.
Responsibilities
Lead HR workstreams across the wider enterprise M&A programme
Drive Day 1 readiness planning and delivery
Support post-close HR integration and stabilisation activities
Build and manage project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
Engage and align stakeholders across HR and senior business leadership
Track milestones, resolve issues, and escalate risks where needed
Provide guidance on HR M&A best practice and integration processes
Qualification
Required
7+ years' experience in program/project management, functional strategy, operations and/or technology
Strong exposure to organisational effectiveness and change management
Experience working in global, multi-business organisations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong PowerPoint / presentation design skills
Solid Excel capability
Confident working cross-functionally and building alignment across teams
