Scheduling Specialist
Lifebulb is committed to enhancing the work experience for employees in the mental health industry. They are seeking a motivated Scheduling Specialist to support therapists by coordinating care for clients, primarily through scheduling new incoming clients.

Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from new clients seeking to schedule an intake counseling session
Gather pertinent client demographic, billing, and insurance information
Set up new client charts in an Electronic Medical Records system
Schedule new clients with the right fit in counselor or therapist
Perform outbound calls to coordinate scheduling-related needs with new and current clients
Coordinate with team of therapists and support staff to problem-solve client scheduling issues
Shift requires availability from 5pm-10pm
Qualification
Required
Effectively and positively communicate with teammates and management
Problem solver and ability to think on their feet
Great people-skills and a positive-presentation with clients and coworkers
Ability to learn new processes quickly
Comfortable working in a growing and changing environment
Comfortable working in-person from office setting and remotely from home
Detail-oriented and organized
Solution-focused
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree a plus
