HR Summer Intern
ITAC is an employee-owned company that provides engineering and construction services for complex capital projects. They are seeking an HR Summer Intern to support administrative and HR-related initiatives, focusing on process improvement and document organization.

Responsibilities
Help standardize HR templates, forms, and document naming conventions
Assist with onboarding and employee lifecycle documentation
Assist with compliance-related administrative tasks under HR supervision
Assist with data entry, audits, and administrative tracking
Provide general administrative support to the HR and administrative teams as needed
Support special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Operations, or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
