Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and maintain Dayforce reports and dashboards to support business and leadership needs
Create leader-specific, role-based dashboards that consolidate key metrics and actions into a single view
Partner onsite with HR, payroll, and business leaders to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions
Support and optimize reporting following a recent Dayforce implementation
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across all dashboards and reports
Recommend best practices for dashboard design and reporting efficiency
