1+ years expEkspert Counsel is seeking a Paralegal with 1-2 years of First-Party Property Litigation experience for their Atlanta office. This position will be supporting attorneys in managing and advancing property & casualty litigation cases.

Responsibilities
Case Management: Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are current, accurate, and readily accessible
Legal Research: Conduct legal and factual research to support case strategy and document preparation
Drafting and Filing: Prepare, proofread, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, subpoenas, and correspondence
Discovery Support: Assist attorneys in managing discovery processes, including gathering, reviewing, and organizing relevant case materials
Trial Preparation: Coordinate trial logistics, create trial binders, and manage exhibits, witness lists, and other trial-related documents
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of experience in 1st party property/property & casualty litigation
Experience handling paralegal litigation matters in Federal and State (GA) court
