Responsibilities
Producing and revising engineering drawings from redlines, sketches, and verbal direction
Coordinating CAD files across disciplines
Performing volume calculations, quantity take-offs, and grading analysis
Maintaining organized drawing sets and model files
Supporting model exports
Design layouts aligned with schedules and budgets
Accurate application of Civil 3D labels, references, and sheet management tools
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in drafting technology or a related field with two years of relevant experience
An associate degree with three years of related experience, or four years of progressive civil detailing and design experience
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and Excel is required
Foundational understanding of civil design principles, calculations, and production workflows
Strong collaboration skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Analytical thinking
Attention to detail
