Responsibilities
Manage the entire sales cycle from identifying potential clients to securing deals
Cultivate long-term partnerships through networking and proactive engagement
Conduct routine audits and provide recommendations for improvements
Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for client projects
Oversee quality control measures for on-site work
Schedule subcontractors to meet project timelines and milestones
Collaborate closely with the Operations team for timely project execution
Develop and maintain strong relationships across multiple levels within client organizations
Execute plans to ensure consistent communication with existing customers and key prospects
Identify and capture profitable revenue opportunities
Attend trade meetings to gather information and establish contacts
Resolve post-sale client issues effectively
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience (5+ years) in lieu of a degree
Electrical field experience required
Prior sales or marketing experience in electrical services/maintenance
Proficient in preparing electronic take-offs and estimates
Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of success
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment
Strong work ethic with a results-driven mindset
Must be able to pass a post-offer / pre-placement drug screen and job-related employment physicals
Must also submit to a post-offer / pre-employment background check that verifies criminal history
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Experience in utility and power generation industries preferred
