Responsibilities

Executes strategic, proactive, and complex calendar, meeting, event planning management
Arranges complex travel coordination, logistics, and expense reporting for leadership
Organizes and prioritizes critical issues and information for the executive to facilitate efficient decision making​
Collaborates with team members to ensure prompt receipt of preparation materials and briefings for key activities
Leads special projects and events while tracking/driving completion of actions items and deliverables​
Manages group and corporate, reports/deliverables/org charts (compile/edit/publish)
Functions as a partner, representative, and point of contact for EVP with frequent interaction with Board of Trustees, executive corporate management, various levels of internal management, as well as senior government customers, industry, and other high-level officials
Drafts and prepares various correspondence, emails, letters, presentations, and white papers on behalf of EVP
Provides input and feedback into executive/corporate activities and decisions, with follow-up communications and coordination
Facilitates business rhythms by closely coordinating schedules, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders
Develops and improves effective processes/systems across the enterprise that provide superior organization, efficiency, and industry-lead technical best practices​

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
Mastery of administrative skills: project management, strategic execution of tasks, organization, detail-oriented, writing, and proofreading
Expert-level technological fluency across a wide range of tools and platforms such as Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint and Excel, and meeting tools such as Teams and Zoom
Mastery of communication & interpersonal skills: leadership, robust collaboration, strategic thinking, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, diplomacy, judgment, business acumen, and decision making, across all levels of the organization
Ability to rapidly adapt to changing environments and anticipate needs of the organization
Ability to handle sensitive and personnel-related information appropriately and support sensitive management functions
Ability to work independently and/or lead a team to proactively deliver innovative solutions and resolve issues with minimal direction
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SSBI/SCI security clearance, which is issued by the U.S. government. U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance

Preferred

Prior experience as a senior-level admin or similar role
Familiarity with enterprise software packages such as Concur, Workday, JIRA, Confluence
Familiarity with Aerospace corporate organizational structures, policies, processes, and practices
Experience with classified data handling
