2+ years expThe Judge Group is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Process Worker to support daily Fulfillment Operations. This role manages end-to-end credit and debit card order fulfillment within defined SLAs, ensuring accuracy, security, and exceptional service.

Responsibilities
Review and process incoming card orders in Salesforce; generate and maintain fulfillment reporting
Retrieve, configure, and package credit and debit cards from secure safes within a high‑risk‑controlled environment
Coordinate shipment preparation and partner with the mailroom to ensure timely delivery
Track FedEx deployments, including customs requirements
Monitor and follow up on open items; research and resolve issues proactively
Respond to inquiries related to fulfillment procedures and specific customer orders
Collaborate with team members for verification and quality control
Qualification
Required
2–3 years in operations, fulfillment, consumer banking, or financial services
Experience with Salesforce (data pulls, reporting)
Strong written and verbal communication skills; client‑facing professionalism
Highly detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving and critical thinking ability
Comfortable working in a secure, fast‑paced operational environment
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SharePoint
Ability to handle repetitive, process‑driven tasks with accuracy
Ability to lift and carry packages as part of card shipping workflows
Preferred
Background in financial services, banking operations, or accounting/settlement processes
Experience coordinating shipments and understanding customs processes
Degree preferred but not required
