Responsibilities
Build, extend, and maintain automated BDD test frameworks for .NET applications
Refactor and improve existing Gherkin-based test libraries for resilience and clarity
Define and enforce test automation standards and best practices
Design and implement a modern, cloud-native automation framework to replace legacy solutions
Partner with developers, product owners, and QA in an Agile/Scrum environment
Perform functional, regression, performance, and exploratory testing with an automation-first mindset
Ensure automation coverage for usability, accessibility, and security
Support UAT efforts, including data validation and business rules alignment
Identify and improve inefficiencies in automation pipelines and regression coverage
Qualification
Required
7+ years of automated testing experience, including BDD and cloud environments
5+ years with Selenium / ChromeDriver
5+ years building CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
5+ years using Visual Studio or VS Code
Familiarity with tools such as Tosca or similar test orchestration platforms
Exposure to test data management or synthetic test data generation
