Conduct administrative hearings in person or by telephone, ensuring proceedings are orderly and compliant with applicable laws and regulations
Ask relevant questions, manage testimony, and create and maintain an accurate hearing record
Make evidentiary rulings and control the course of hearings to ensure fairness and procedural integrity
Perform legal research and issue timely, well-reasoned, and legally correct decisions
Provide clear information to parties regarding the hearing process and assist them in effectively navigating procedures while maintaining neutrality
Investigate and respond to customer complaints related to hearings or adjudicative processes
Maintain professionalism, impartiality, and adherence to administrative law standards at all times
Qualification
Required
Strong legal judgment
