Responsibilities
Reviewing, evaluating, recommending, and implementing improvements in end to end processes and programs
Developing global standards, processes and programs within their identified area of responsibility
Monitoring the health of assigned processes, programs, policies, systems and tools to identify pain points
Developing and implementing solutions to eliminate identified issues
Serving as the UPS Subject Matter Expert in their area of assigned responsibility
May supervise others
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
Preferred
Experience with payment platforms and operations (SAP, Coupa, Service Now, etc)
Excellence in large team communications
Familiar with end-to-end mapping tools and methodologies
Experience with dashboards and score carding
Bias to new technology testing and adoption
