Consolidation Reporting Manager
AccruePartners is an established manufacturer known for delivering high-quality products across various industries. They are seeking a Consolidation Reporting Manager to deliver timely financial reporting and lead cost accounting activities while partnering with operations and logistics teams to enhance inventory and production decisions.
Responsibilities
Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting tied to manufacturing and supply chain operations
Lead cost accounting activities, including inventory valuation, standard vs. actual cost tracking, overhead allocations, and margin analysis
Provide insight into supply chain and production performance through KPI tracking, variance analysis, and reporting
Partner with operations, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure financial insights guide sourcing, production, and inventory decisions
Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and audit readiness while driving process improvements that improve accuracy, speed, and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Skilled with ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar)
Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting
Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Plant Leadership
Preferred
CPA, CMA, MBA, or similar advanced credential preferred
